Voyager Front Pantograph

Objective:     To be able to quilt from long pantograph patterns from the front of the machine

Back to the junk in the workshop:

Found a metal strip and a small clamp.  Bent the metal strip and mounted the laser level on it.

The laser level was purchased from the local surplus store for $3.25

Removed a small mirror from inside the level that normally projects a straight line.

This was selected as it has two AA batteries (long life) and an ON/OFF switch.

In these pictures, it is mounted in line with the needle, pointer offset by 10 inches.

Adjusting the clamp allows setup in a variety of positions.
